patient was not compliant with only turning every 2 hours staffing was inadequate to find people to turn patient at least every hour mother scoffed at me multiple times I did my best to reposition patient and called for a bariatric bed 2x it took till [REDACTED] did not have adequate staffing to have transfer assistance beyond another RN the patient did not help one bit Once back began hurting after transfer and boost utilized turn on bariatric bed only mom continued to ask multiple times within 2 hr period and was concerned she would get wedged between the bed I educated on turning safety daughter asked every hour to be moved in the bed I began refusing due to back pain and lack of exercise phys staff to help with hoyaother patient emergency patient with illius throwing up [REDACTED]
