Before the incident
Employee was sitting on phone and asked by supervisor to get up and perform his duties. Employee angrily got up and moved over to the smelting urn to retrieve molten aluminum to pour into molds.
What happened
Due to his agitated demeanor employee haphazardly began pouring molten aluminum into molds creating a wide mess of molten aluminum all over his work area. In the act of doing this he poured a small bit of molten aluminum down his pants and the landing spot was his hip.
