What happened
At approximately [REDACTED] [REDACTED] was setting up the Trine to run heavy whipping cream. To adjust the label wheel during set-up it was necessary for her to loosen the nut that secures the wheel. There is a bar attached to the nut that secures the wheel (See pic). [REDACTED] gripped the bar with right hand and when the nut came loose. Left hand came into contact with the blade that cuts labels
