Employee reports left arm pinched between bar in trailer lowering bar and when holding up bar the freight came down and squashed arm. As he stated (3x)36x36x40 pallets were leaning back towards the front of the trailer approximately 5 ' high suspended in the air by 2 safestack beams and braced by freight behind it.
