The employee was snaking the toilet due to sewage backup in [REDACTED] while he was using the toilet snake it poped up and smacked the bridge of the employee 'snose which casused him to have a gash in his bridge of his nose he was offered medical attention and than declined it. we provided gauze and liquid bandage for the employee.
