WHILE INSERTING THE PLUNGER THE PLUNGER FELL DOWN ON FINGER. After further investigation on [REDACTED]. Operator stated that they were putting in a plunger on [REDACTED] #52 the plunger started to slip and they were also losing there footing they did not let the plunger just fall as it slipped out of their grasp and their finger was smashed between the plunger and machine during them trying to caught the plunger that slipped out of their hands.
