What happened
Employee was moving furniture and one of the tables the employees moved it on it 's side to get it to over and something fell from the cabinet that the employee moved and the employee went to bend down to pick it up and the table fell over and when the employee pushed the table from falling the second table fell and the employee was leaning on the first table which caused him to fall right knee on the floor and metal piece on the table.
