Employee was removing an empty bread tray from overhead that was on top of a stack (stack was about 12 trays high). When they went to take it down the bread tray slipped out of their hand and hit their forehead causing a small laceration and bump with some bleeding swelling and minor pain. The employee was lifting one tray and used both hands to lift it down. They were rushing and did not have a good grip on the tray.
