Before the incident
Removing a toilet from an inside bathroom as part of a remodeling project.
What happened
Employee carried out a toilet & bowl assembly full of water to the outside dumpster. He attempted to carry both pieces by himself and through it over the top of the dumpster. As he attempted to do so he dropped the toilet onto the top of the dumpster. This resulted in the toilet breaking and he was cut by a sharp piece of porcelain.
