What happened

The employee complained of chest pains at approximately [REDACTED]. He told the supervisor he was ok. At approximately [REDACTED] he went to the front lobby to sit down. He began having difficulty breathing and [REDACTED] was called. He was transported to the ER via ambulance. He was diagnosed with a pulled or strained chest wall muscle. When he returned to work CST asked him how he thought the injury may have occurred. The employee stated he was working with the clients on the Jerky Contract. His job was to take the filled bags of jerky from the clients and fill the shipping boxes until each boxed weighed 43 pounds. He then picked up the box and stacked it on a pallet. When he had 27 boxes on the pallet he would pull the pallet jack to the warehouse for shipping.
