Client came in and was told to go to the table to have bags searched. Client initially refused but soon proceeded to the table. Empl. picked up one of the bags and began removing the contents in the bag.

Client immediately snatched the bag out of the employee 's hand scratching the forearm pushed the employee and then came into the employee 's face stating she would punch the employee in the face. Employee called the Program Supervisor
