Opening up the Didion barrier room for work to be completed on 7 5 23. Moving hoods with a fork truck.
What happened
While moving the sections of the Didion barrier room [REDACTED] was driving the fork truck and something floating in the air got into his eye. He was wearing safety glasses at the time but the added wind from driving caused the foreign material to get behind the safety glasses. Barrier room had previously been cleaned off but some residual material must have been present when disassembled.
