What happened
While working at the GF audit table the blast machine malfunctioned and dumped a load of dirty (not blasted) parts onto audit table. Parts were then brought down the conveyors and put back into tubs for reblast. [REDACTED] was working on the North side of audit table. Parts were dirty and they caused some debris in the air when auditors ran them down the conveyors. [REDACTED] stated sand & debris went in her left eye at this time. She was wearing perscription safety glasses at the time
