Before the incident
Attempting to push pallet of seats into the trailer.
What happened
As a row of seats was being loaded into the trailer from the [REDACTED] a seat bound up and would not load through normal means. A TM from Maintenance was attempting to push the seats manually. As the TM pushed the seats moved much easier into the trailer than expected causing the TM to lose their footing. Their right foot slipped off a portion of the platform where they were standing and their shin struck a portion of the simulator scraping and lacerating their shin in the process.
