Employee was walking down the stairs in molding. He was the watchman for confined space. When getting close to the bottom it appears that he missed a step or his foot slipped off the bottom step. Employee lunged forward and fell striking his head on the log flipper. They suffered a laceration to their forehead that required medical attention and stitches.
