What happened
Teammate was addressing a disgruntled former Temporary Employee that showed up unhappy about their job rating. Former temp. employee quickly became verbally aggressive and was told to leave the premises. Former temp. employee attempted to force entry into the building. In the course of preventing the former temp. employee from entering our premises our teammate was assaulted and fell on their LH side fracturing their LH wrist.
