Employee had just put away a stack of pallets into a pallet storage trailer with his MHE and was pulling back out when he slightly clipped one of the stacks.

Associate attempted to rearrange the stack of pallets that was slightly clipped as he was backing out. As he approached the stack he slid forward (did not fall) and jammed three fingers on his left hand against the sidewall of the trailer as he attempted to slide pallets on a stack into place. He slid (did not fall) and that caused him to push harder than he intended and forced his hand into the sidewall with force.
