What happened
EE was verifying lot number on part matched the router before working. EE rotated the part as the lot number was on the bottom while doing so the EE let go of the part with their left hand when the EE let go with their left hand the part started rotating back down the EE tried to pull their right hand away from the part but was unable to get their right index finger out of the way the EEs finger was caught smashed and lacerated when it got caught in-between the part and the roller.
