When he decided to step across the steel he lost his balance.
What happened
After fastening temporary duct supports he walked on top of structural steel beam to get back to catwalk and lost his footing tripped on cross-angle. As he slipped between angle and I beam falling approximately 3 ' he impacted right side of body and injured his right shoulder as well as his flank side.
