EE stated: Selecting in aisle 32. I reached to the rear of a top hand stack for 6 jars of sauce as I pulled the case forward I felt a sharp pain from pulling the case in my left forerms inner side clse to my elbow. I now feel tinging from my elbow to my ring and pinky finger. an ice pack was supplied.
