What happened
EE states that on 4-21-23 in the [REDACTED] that he was walking his electric end rider double pallet jack numbered 8312 down aisle 28. While walking the jack on the right side allegedly pinching him between the handle and the racking. Based on the mechanism of injury location of the body and description of the pain the EE was brought to Concentra to seek medical attention. There were no fractures. There was a contusion to the ribs and RX was given. Sedentary duty was given. There is a follow up scheudled for [REDACTED].
