What happened
EE came in to medical complaining of low back pain. EE states that she was working in consolidation took her parts to their location got off truck was preparing paperwork to put on rack when she noticed a small piece of wood on the floor. EE states that she went to step over the wood and her right foot slipped and took her down to an almost split position. EE states that she stepped on a hidden piece of plastic (corner piece from box strapping) that blended in with the floor. EE states that she strained her back trying to keep an upright position.
