Reattaching a vacuum hose to the feeder
What happened
The coater has a vacuum hose below the feed conveyor that is used to turn on the vacuum to the belt to hold sheets in place. This is turned on and off by unplugging the hose depending on the weight of the sheet. The operator shut off the feed and reached in between the belt to re-attach the hose when the last sheet lacerated his left bicep. Normally this is plugged and unplugged below the machine.
