First I startup up mixer adding 11 pounds of water 4 bags of Beta Max Refractory and let it mix for 4 minutes.

First I startup up mixer adding 11 pounds of water 4 bags of Beta Max Refractory and let it mix for 4 minutes. After mixing I pulled from over my head down with my left arm to bumpoumt the refractory so that Ed + Country could shovel it up into the replacement wall for the melting furnace. I felt a sharp pain in my left shoulder. Repeated these steps multiple times. Prior to this incident I worked my regular production shift.
