Before the incident
Putting away a delivery into freezer
What happened
employee was putting away a delivery in the freezer for about 10 minutes. When exiting the freezer the door was stuck. Employee pushed against the door using left side shoulder arm area not very forcefully when a very sharp pain shot through my left upper abdomen breast area. Having pain that radiates from front to bak and up into my shoulder. Experience pain with deep breathes.
