Injured worker was cleaning homeless camp

Injured worker was carrying a bag of trash in each hand and walking downhill. Injured worker slipped in some mud and the bag in his left hand made contact with L calf. A piece of broken glass in the trash bag cut through his pants and caused a laceration to L calf.
