At approximately [REDACTED] [REDACTED] was working on the north side of the Pre-Sort conveyor in the position next to the [REDACTED]. She was looking to the left as a large piece of cardboard sticking out of the conveyor struck her. The cardboard pushed her and she fell on her back. An employee helped her up. At the time of the incident she was standing on 2 pallets to be at proper height to reach the line.
