[REDACTED] was working on the black feed unit on [REDACTED] he was hammering on the feed unit to loosen up the black stuck inside he had his left hand on the housing and hitting the feeder with a hammer he felt a pull on his left hand but could not pull it away when he finally got it freed [REDACTED] he went to the mixing shop the mixing production area manager drove him to the nurse where I met him he was missing the tip of his left middle finger
