[REDACTED] was walking up the stairs on [REDACTED] from the basement to the main floor he felt a pop in his left calf with pain [REDACTED] told me about it and I asked him if he needed to go to the Nurse [REDACTED] said no he wanted to see how it felt in a little while I saw [REDACTED] later n an asked how his Calf was feeling he said it still hurt so I told him I was taking him to see the nurse She put ice on his calf for a while She did not give him any restrictions so he was able to return to work
