The employee was finishing installing plastic weather barrier to newly construction CMU walls to help prevent water getting into the top of the wall they forgot a couple free cmu on top of the wall to help hold the barrier down
What happened
As the employee was wrapping up and moving down to start the next portion of the wall the wind picked up and sent a CMU flying from above and hit them in the head.
