Right ankle rolled when doing the slat cleaning on the shared laser on the chain. Chain was on the ground and was stepped on and causing the ankle to roll.

Fracture ankle trip on plastic chain [REDACTED] this incident was reported as a first aid as the maker stepped on a chain laying on the ground and roller her ankle. She was given ice and ibuprofen. This occurred during clean up activities at the end of her shift. Shortly after the incident occurred she clocked out and went home. During the weekend I found out she went in for further medical care on her own and when I spoke to her on the phone she told me her right ankle was broken and she will need surgery.
