Employee Put a new tool into the tool holder loaded the holder into the spindle on the track mill and went to engage the draw bra which is the bar that’s like a big threaded bar that pulls the toll holder into the spindle. When he engaged the draw bar it turned instead of going straight up he lost his grip on the tool holder and as it turned he was cut by the fresh tool that he just put in. Manual mill.
