Employee and employee 's son decided it was a 2 person tool. Employee 's son depressed the trigger before employee removed his had from the work area. Employee jerked his finger out of the press plate before his son released the trigger. Causing more damage. Had the employee been using the tool correctly he would have know his finger was in the line of fire.
