On [REDACTED] at about [REDACTED] an Employee tried to un-jam a rack stuck on robot number 3. The employee used the automatic eject but he stated that a bottle was sticking out and the rack got stuck so he proceeded to unjam it. As he was trying to un-jam it he allegedly pulled with one hand while he used his other hand (right hand) to hold on to the safety gate and stuck his hand on the line of fire where a protruding wire was exposed on the safety gate causing a laceration to the right pinky finger.
