What happened
He was working in the pit beneath our Ceff press here at Precision Metal Products on a hot summer day assisting an employee n removing & replacing a hydraulic fitting. He was sweating a lot & began to feel dizzy so [REDACTED] had him go upstairs & drink water & put his head under cold water in the sink. I then saw him & walked him to the break room where there is air conditioning to get him ice & more water to cool down. I monitored him for about 30 minutes as he began to cool down and decided to take him home for the day so he could get some rest.
