Before the incident
He was prepping a trailer to floor. It was sitting in his bay with just the exposed frame i.e. no wood floor.
What happened
While stepping through the crossmembers he tripped and his leg got wedged in between a crossmember and the headboard of the trailer. This caused him to fall forward.
