EE states he twisted L knee when he stepped on power cords running by his work station in consoles East building and twisted his left knee. He did not report until [REDACTED] and started calling in around [REDACTED]. Was prescribed a hinged brace on [REDACTED] and subsequently given a Medrol dose pack at [REDACTED] visit to the clinic. Continues to call in sick on a regular basis despite no off work status. Employee terminated for refusing to work available light duty. MRI revealed meniscus tear referred to ortho.
