EE was called in early and on shift when there was a trouble on the bridge. EE believed to put station in step and went up on the ladder to troubleshoot the station

The control switch was faulty and did not engage step mode to prevent machine movement. EE did not know this. When EE put the station in step and tried to place a part on a pallet that was in position in front of the x-drive. EE 's hand set off the sensors and the x-drive moved forward crushing their hand
