Before the incident
EE alleges that [REDACTED] while rigging up a septic tank to be lifted off the back of a truck he was tying off on the excavator bucket when someone turned off the excavator causing the excavator arm to drop and pin his L forearm between the bucket and septic tank and once the excavator was turned back on to lift the bucket off of his arm the bucket rolled over his hand again causing breaks in the skin on his middle finger thumb underside of his wrist back of wrist and forearm as well as pain. EE denies active bleeding. EE denies deformity to his arm and fingers. EE states he is able to complete full ROM. EE denies the wounds being deep. EE denies swelling to his fingers. EE recommended to self-care however EE declined self-care recommendation stating he would like to be seen by a provider and possibly get an x-ray for his injury.
