Initial Scenario. EE alleges [REDACTED] while she was working as a driver bringing in some parts into the store carrying a big box as she was trying to open the door a co-worker saw she was having a hard time opening the door and it slammed on her L hand catching it between the door and box causing 2 little scratches on her proximal L index middle knuckles and L index finger pain swelling. EE denies any active bleeding at this time. EE advised to remove restrictive jewelry and to apply ice to the affected areas. EE offers no loss of feeling or bone joint deformity in her upper extremity. EE referred to provider d t reporting she 's unable to make a tight fist with L hand
