EE calling per Supervisor. EE alleges [REDACTED] [REDACTED] while delivering rooftop there was a flower bed along the building and a rock gave out from under him and he fell on his lt hand lt arm and lt leg causing pain and swelling to his lt hand and he scraped his rt knee. EE denies other injuries. Self-care measures tried prior to call include Ibuprofen and icing with some relief. EE states no obvious deformity. EE states he is unable to make a tight fist with his lt hand. EE referred to provider d t unable to make a tight fist.
