What happened
Operator was troubleshooting the chains under padder 5 to address nesting issues and was advancing the timing after loosening it when it swung and hit him around the bridge of the nose. EE suffered a laceration and was having difficulty breathing so he was taken to the ER. He was discharged and followed up with a specialist who diagnosed him with a fracture
