Employee pushed the large patient thought the clinic door. The scale room is located just inside this door at a 90 degree left turn. Employee was unable to fit the wheelchair through this door so this employee attempted to pivot the patient in the wheelchair to line up as close to the door opening. Employee reported to hearing a popping sound in the right shoulder.
