What happened
employee was cleaning the small filter press plates in anodizing. The employee was picking up each plate on the filter press and dropping it back down on the plates arms to knock off the cake. The Employees left index finger was pinched between the filter press plate and the plates support arm. The Employee reported to his lead and then to the EHS Staff here at the plant. Employee received First Aid and was taken to company clinic for further exam.
