What happened
Once he had the 'take-off ' removed from the spiral duct the hole in the spiral duct work had a 'fish-hook ' sticking out of the edge on the hole cut into the spiral duct. He ended up getting a laceration from the 'fish-hook ' sticking out on his right pinky finger.
