Before the incident
Employee parked the cube truck next to the metal dumpster to clear out the scrap metal.
What happened
While unloading the metal from the back employee tossed some pieces with his left hand into the dumpster. In the process the edge of a sheet metal piece grazed his left forearm causing a laceration approximately 3-4 cm in length. -Employee was wearing A5 gloves; however the laceration occurred beyond the coverage of the glove.
