Driving a stand-up forklift
What happened
Driver was traveling to [REDACTED] and had his forks raised on the standup forklift. The driver did not stop at the stop sign and ran into the rollup door between DB &DC. He broke the warning bell systems in doing this. The impacted of striking the door caused the driver to be thrown off the forklift. He landed on the floor with his left shoulder striking the floor. EOC was called and driver is going for further medical evaluation. Maintenance checked the lift and found not defects.
