The injured Team Member reported the necessity of replacing the shrink wrap on the palletizer. Upon inspection it was identified that the excess wrap needed to be removed from the roller prior to placing the new wrap on the palletizer.

The injured Team member removed their PPE glove from his non-dominant hand (behavior failure) and used his dominant hand to cut away the excess wrap from around the roller.
