EE stated he was picking product around 72 through 74 aisles on the third tier. EE stated he had his right hand on the accelerator while his right thumb was on the button to go downwards. EE stated he pushed the accelerator forward to put himself in a better position when he bumped the racking. This caused the order picker to jolt causing his right thumb to hyperextend.
