On [REDACTED] EE was using robotic back stapling machine loading frame pieces onto robot. EE was placing K-Post into position when EE received sliver. EE pulled out sliver and continued working. Later after shift ended EE still had discomfort in finger and noticed there was still part of sliver stuck. Over the [REDACTED] finger seemed ok but began to swell up. On [REDACTED] EE noticed a blood blister that formed side of finger. EE later attempted to split oven to relive the pressure.
